Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.50

Seeking individuals for on-call PRN work with no guaranteed hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Handle tools, meters, and gauges competently; familiarity with blueprints and schematics is helpful.
• Explain conditions accurately and troubleshoot effectively.
• Work independently, adhering to policies and dress code.
• Possibly perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, groundskeeping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repairs.
• May include on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Depending on location, valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required; CPR/BLS certification may be needed upon hire.
