Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a machine operator to support the manufacturing process. You will operate equipment, read blueprints, and perform finishing operations while following detailed instructions and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0–1 year of experience; technical schooling is a plus. Salary is $20 per hour plus a 15% shift differential, with a Wed, Sat, Sun schedule.

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to core beliefs and safety/quality requirements.
  • Operates machinery used in product manufacture with close supervision.
  • Sets up and/or calibrates equipment as needed.
  • Loads component materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
  • Reads and follows operating manuals and procedures.
  • Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to meet requirements.
  • Follows documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Maintains and cleans machinery as necessary.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
  • Operates machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision.
  • May be involved in the basic set-up and/or calibration of equipment.
  • Loads component materials into product-specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
  • Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
  • Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
  • Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Salary:Wed, Sat and Sun 630am-630pm

Job Requirements Minimum Education:

High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred. Minimum Experience: 0-1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.

Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Salary $20 per hour plus 15% shift differential
