Job summary

Integer Holdings in Salem, VA is seeking an entry-level machine operator to operate and monitor production equipment. The role involves basic setup, calibration, material loading, and finishing operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the
organization's product. May be involved in the basic set-up, calibration and maintenance of equipment and/or

Pay Rate: $18hr

Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
