Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Associate Machine Operator in Largo, FL to produce parts using manual and automated equipment. You will follow procedures, read blueprints, and measure parts to ensure quality. Training is provided for reading drawings and operating equipment.

Salary for 1st and 2nd shifts is $17.50–$19.20 per hour. 0–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic blueprint or mechanical drawing reading skills.
• Basic shop math understanding.
• Ability to operate production machinery and measuring equipment accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machines with defined processes.
• Read and follow written instructions and basic blueprints (training provided).
• Identify issues to ensure defect-free parts.
• Take precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools and machines.
• Maintain production rates for each operation.
• Complete additional duties or special projects as assigned.
