Job summary

Lingo Staffing in Clearwater, FL is seeking Manufacturing Production Associates to start ASAP. This direct hire position offers a stable career with growth opportunities in a growing manufacturing company.

You will operate equipment, assemble products, perform quality inspections, and follow safety and production standards to meet customer expectations. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Able to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including rollers, trimming tools, vacuum formers, and spray equipment
• Perform product inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
• Complete rolling, trimming, sanding, drilling, and finishing tasks
• Maintain production records and report damaged materials or equipment issues
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Assist other departments as needed

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
