Integer Holdings in Trenton, GA is seeking an Associate Machine Operator for the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, Monday through Friday. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery and may include basic setup and calibration, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The successful candidate will read blueprints, handle small precision parts, and follow detailed instructions while contributing to efficient, compliant manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling preferred.
• 0-1 year experience operating machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Associate Machine Operator - 8-hour 3rd shift

Work Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:00m Monday to Friday

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the

organization's product. May be involved in the basic set-up, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and/or

perform finish operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred.

Minimum Experience: 0-1year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.

Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
