Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Second Shift Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on a 2:30 pm–1:00 am schedule, Monday through Thursday. The role involves equipment setup, calibration, routine maintenance, and finishing operations as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of machinery operation in regulated manufacturing; medical device experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality are essential.

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience; 2–4 years operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machines used in production.
  • Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
  • Load components and perform finishing operations as needed.
  • Read and follow operating manuals and procedures.
  • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain machinery and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title – Second Shift

Shift Schedule: 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday to Thursday.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines used in the production of the organization’s product. The operator may be involved in equipment set‑up, calibration, and maintenance of more complex assignments and/or perform finish operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company core beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
  • Operate machinery used in the manufacture of products under moderate supervision.
  • Apply proficiency within discipline, complete tasks and assignments, and solve routine problems with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • May be involved in equipment set‑up and/or calibration of more complex assignments.
  • Load component materials into product‑specific tools and/or perform finishing operations.
  • Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
  • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
  • Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
  • Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred.
  • Minimum experience: 2 years company‑related work experience and/or 2 – 4 years of experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge

Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with the ability to interpret information.

Special Skills

Ability to work with small precision parts.

Other

Must have basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.
