Job summary

Integer is seeking an Associate Machine Operator in Minnesota to operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic setup and maintenance, and contribute to quality and safety programs.

You will read manuals, follow SOPs, inspect parts, complete paperwork, and participate in continuous improvement with cross training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints with training.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies and SOPs.
• May be involved in the basic set-up of equipment.
• Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures. Work instructions, SOP, PCD.
• Inspects parts visually with the aid of a microscope and/or dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing and completes required documentation.
• Participates in team activity focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cleans and maintains machinery, as necessary.
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
• Performs other functions as required.

• May be involved in the basic set-up of equipment.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum Experience : Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Special Skills : Ability to read and understand blueprints with training provided. Ability to work with small precision parts. Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Salary range for this position is $17.45-$25.60 per hour
