What you'll do
- Maintain accurate stock balances and perform parts receiving, issuing, returns, transfers, shortages, and spares shipments.
- Use the appropriate inventory transaction screens to complete daily stockroom activities accurately in a real-time system.
- Verify cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and complete error reconciliations while maintaining lot traceability.
- Coordinate with engineering, receiving, assembly, testing, dispatch, and other cross-functional teams to support material requirements.
- Maintain stockroom organization, train new employees, and follow proper packaging, material handling, and ESD procedures
Job Requirements
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management
- 2+ years of experience in warehousing & logistics
- 2+ years of experience in operating computers

Additional information
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Anything over 50lbs would need an assistance lift, whether team lift or machinery.
- The maximum an employee would be expected to lift manually would be 40-50lbs.
- We do lift large items weekly exceeding 100lbs, but have the machinery or equipment to do so safely (ie, pump carts, cranes, pallet stackers, etc.).
- Physically, the job demands that the stock clerk be on his/her feet constantly and be able to lift parts and boxes that vary in weight from less than a pound to 65 lbs.
