Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an Associate Logistics Technician in Elma, NY to support accurate stockroom operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage inventory transactions, issue and receive parts, verify stock levels, and ensure materials are handled, packaged, and stored correctly.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory management and warehousing, a High School diploma, and proficiency with computers. This temporary 12-month assignment offers 40 hours per week on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock balances and process receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns.

• Train new employees and maintain stockroom organization and proper packaging.

Job Requirements

Additional information

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Anything over 50lbs would need an assistance lift, whether team lift or machinery.
• The maximum an employee would be expected to lift manually would be 40-50lbs.
• We do lift large items weekly exceeding 100lbs, but have the machinery or equipment to do so safely (ie, pump carts, cranes, pallet stackers, etc.).
• Physically, the job demands that the stock clerk be on his/her feet constantly and be able to lift parts and boxes that vary in weight from less than a pound to 65 lbs.
