Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney who can work fully remote. You must hold a New York bar and have 1–4 years of post-bar civil litigation or insurance-defense experience.

You will defend NY general liability, premises, auto, and construction claims, draft discovery and motions, take depositions, and prepare matters for mediation or court conferences while earning a base salary of $165,000 plus annual bonuses.

• Drafting experience on litigation files; a deposition taken is a plus.

Insurance Defense Attorney | Fully Remote – $165K

Location/Schedule: Fully remote. New York bar required.

Base Salary: $165K, plus a monthly bonus of $1,000–$1,500 and a year-end bonus. Total bonus up to $18,000.

Practice: New York general liability, premises, auto, and construction defense.
