Key Duties

• Draft and argue complex motions, briefs, and appeals in state and federal courts.
• Conduct and defend expert witness depositions and prepare trial exhibits for insurance defense cases involving significant financial stakes.
• Evaluate insurance policy coverage and liability exposures to provide strategic advice on claim denials, settlements, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee case management from inception through resolution, including directing discovery and negotiating multi‑party settlements.
