Qualifications

• Two to three years of litigation experience in plaintiff and defense matters.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Experience collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills for case preparation.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Experience representing clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Ability to engage in client consultations and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload across plaintiff and defense matters.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney to develop strategic litigation plans.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with clarity and precision.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Engage in client consultations to provide actionable legal advice.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and organize evidence to strengthen arguments.
