Qualifications

• 2–3 years of litigation experience across plaintiff and defense matters.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills to support case prep and proceedings.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Experience representing clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and providing actionable legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload across plaintiff and defense matters.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney to develop and implement litigation plans.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and court proceedings.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Conduct client consultations to provide clear legal guidance and build relationships.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses to strengthen arguments and outcomes.
