Job summary

A well-established New York law firm is actively seeking Litigation Attorneys across multiple seniority levels to support a growing and diverse litigation practice. The firm handles a wide range of matters and is open to attorneys from various litigation backgrounds.

Location: New York, NY with hybrid options; Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000+ DOE plus bonus and full benefits. Opportunities span Commercial / Business and Employment litigation, with potential for trial involvement for senior

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience; more senior candidates encouraged.
• Experience in one or more practice areas listed.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, depending on seniority.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Handle negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Participate in trial preparation and trial (for more senior candidates).
