Job summary

Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC in Charleston, WV is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to handle mass litigation matters, MDLs, and complex product liability cases. The role requires a proactive, detailed-oriented attorney capable of managing a high-volume caseload.

You will handle pre-suit investigations through trial, draft pleadings, respond to motions, conduct depositions, and develop strategies with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on mass litigation.
• Experience with MDLs, class actions, or large-scale product liability litigation strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Litigation Attorney located in our Charleston, WV office.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling mass litigation matters, including multidistrict litigation (MDL), class actions, and complex product liability or consumer claims. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar
• 2-3+ years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on mass litigation
• Experience with MDLs, class actions, or large-scale product liability litigation strongly preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
