Job Description

• Provide skilled legal counsel and direct representation across civil litigation and related practice areas
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and compassionate communication
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high‑quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Manage an active caseload with precision, meeting deadlines while exceeding client expectations
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters and absorb mentorship opportunities across practice areas
• Contribute to firm growth through relationship building and community involvement

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required)
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; we are open to strong candidates at various experience levels, including those from in‑house or solo practice backgrounds
• Excellent legal research and writing skills with sharp attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
