What you will do -

We have an opportunity for anAssociateLitigationAttorneywith litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in ourSan Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego or Costa Mesa, or fully Remote Californialocations!

You’ll be a vital member of our team, withhands‑onresponsibilityfor day‑to‑day case development—includinghandlingdepositions,engagingdirectlywithclients,collaboratingwithtechnicalexperts,managingcriticaldiscoverytasks,writingandarguingmotions,managing critical discovery tasks, andworkingwithpartnersthroughtrial. You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way throughtrial preparation and execution.

This is ahybridposition, with flexibility to work remotely.
