Job summary

Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join the Warranty Defense team in California (San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego, Costa Mesa, or fully Remote California). The role involves hands-on case development, depositions, client interaction, and collaboration with experts to manage discovery and trial preparation.

The candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to the California Bar, and have at least 1 year of litigation experience; warranty

What you will do -

We have an opportunity for anAssociateLitigationAttorneywith litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in ourSan Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego or Costa Mesa, or fully Remote Californialocations!

You’ll be a vital member of our team, withhands-onresponsibilityfor day-to-day case development—includinghandlingdepositions,engagingdirectlywithclients,collaboratingwithtechnicalexperts,managingcriticaldiscoverytasks,writingandarguingmotions,managing critical discovery tasks, andworkingwithpartnersthroughtrial. You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way throughtrial preparation and execution.

Salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience.
