Job summary

Ares Management in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate to join the U.S. Liquid Credit Product Management and Investor Relations team. You will collaborate with Product Specialists to provide investor communications, market analysis, and data site management.

Responsibilities include producing regular portfolio reporting, updating databases and RFPs, and building client materials. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in finance, with FINRA licenses (7, 63, SIE) or ability to obtain within 3 months,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 2–4 years in financial industry, preferably fixed income.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and SIE licenses required (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Support Product Specialists with information and expertise for clients and marketing teams.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end portfolio reporting and respond to ad-hoc investor requests.
• Develop and update qualitative and quantitative firm/strategy information in databases and RFPs.
• Ensure data integrity in the centralized response database for RFPs.
• Create client materials and presentations reflecting current market conditions and fund data.
