We are hiring an Associate Support Engineer to support the technical needs of customers using Ubuntu and open source products. This role offers hands-on experience, a passion for Linux and open source, and the opportunity to work with industry experts at Canonical.
You will handle complex technical issues, from cloud environments to kernel crashes, providing expert support across the full technical stack at Canonical, including cloud, desktop, and IoT. You will own your cases from problem qualification to resolution, collaborating with colleagues and senior engineers as needed. This is a remote, global role.
