We are hiring an Associate Support Engineer to support the technical needs of customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer eager to learn, passionate about Linux and open source, and interested in working with industry experts at Canonical.
We solve interesting, technical problems, from cloud environments and Linux kernel crashes to OS configuration issues. You will be responsible for delivering excellent technical support across the full stack—cloud, desktop, and IoT. You will own your cases, from qualification to resolution, collaborating with colleagues and senior engineers as needed. This is a remote role.
