Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior corporate attorney to lead and advise on high-growth life sciences and healthcare transactions in San Francisco. You will handle M&A, equity financings, IPOs, and public company reporting while providing strategic governance counsel to boards and executives.

Collaborating with cross-border teams and serving a global client base, you will bring 3–4 years of top-tier experience, a JD from a top law school, and active U.S. bar admission to a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of top-tier experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Hands-on exposure to M&A, capital markets, SEC compliance, and public company representation.
• Prior life sciences deal work preferred, but an interest in the sector is just as valuable.
• A JD from a top law school and outstanding academic credentials.
• Admission to a relevant U.S. bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
