Job summary

Jobtailor, a San Francisco–based company, seeks a senior legal leader to establish and head the organization’s legal strategy across regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and cross‑functional commercial transactions within a fast‑moving tech environment.

You will lead deal work such as M&A and financing, own intellectual property strategy and disputes, structure governance across entities, and build scalable legal and compliance processes while advising founders on strategic structuring

Qualifications

• JD with strong regulatory and corporate governance background.
• 7+ years counseling financial services companies.
• Experience with strategic transactions and M&A.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with project management skills.
