Job summary

Davis County Library is hiring an Associate Librarian to perform paraprofessional duties, assist patrons with references, and support collection development at the North Salt Lake/Bountiful Library.

The role is full-time with day and evening shifts, rotating Saturdays. A Bachelor's degree is required; experience in a city/county library is preferred. Excellent benefits start day one and a strong pension plan is offered.

Qualifications

• Provides assistance and guidance to library patrons with reference questions.
• Performs in-depth collection analysis under supervision.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of assigned collections.
• Assists at the circulation desk and helps resolve patron issues.
• Develops and implements online reference services.
