We seek a lawyer with BAR membership to support the Legal Team on betting and gaming regulations, contracts, and general legal matters. English and Spanish fluency are required alongside strong research and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree with active BAR membership.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong organizational and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft commercial agreements, flagging risks and proposing mitigations.
• Manage legal library, contract repository, and corporate housekeeping.
• Support litigation, regulatory submissions, and certification processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance teams across Brazil, Mexico, and other markets.
