Job summary

Ryan Specialty is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to negotiate and draft agreements between Ryan entities and their trading partners, ensuring compliance with market security protocols.

You will provide timely legal advice to executives, assess risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on delegated underwriting authority agreements, including with Lloyd’s of London, in a remote United States role.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• License to practice law in at least one state.

Responsibilities

The role involves building productive relationships, contributing to the resolution of legal matters, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the Company’s market security protocols.
