Associate Lecturer, Entrepreneurship

Curry College is seeking a dynamic and experienced entrepreneur to join our faculty as an Associate Lecturer in our Entrepreneurship program. We are committed to providing our students with practical, real‑world knowledge and skills to thrive in the ever‑evolving entrepreneurial landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Build and teach courses on topics such as fundamentals of entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities, developing business ideas, understanding the entrepreneurial mindset and business model generation
  • Mentor and advise students on their startup ideas and business plans.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant experience as a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record of launching and growing businesses.
  • Strong understanding of current entrepreneurial best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
Salary

$3,735 per 3‑credit course

*Please note: Eligibility for promotion to Lecturer and an increased rate of compensation are negotiated between the College and the Curry College AAUP.
