Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Lease Wave, Share Point, and SSRS Reports is a plus.
• Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create client folders with company nomenclature.
• Customer setup in systems.
• Audit of signed commitment letters and ancillary documents.
• Prepare internal memos documenting credit requirements.
• Update internal logs to track volume and timelines.
• Place Purchase Orders with vendors.
• Prepare UCC filings.
• Maintain active insurance certificates.
• Initiate check requests and engage with Accounts Payable.
• Assist the Lease Specialist with documentation and vendor onboarding.
• Work on special projects as directed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties including filing and reconciliations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Create client folders with company nomenclature
• Customer setup in systems
• Audit of signed commitment letters and ancillary documents, ensuring compliance with business operation policies
• Prepare an internal memo for each lease schedule, documenting credit requirements and required follow-up items
• Update internal logs regularly to keep track of volume and deal flow timelines
• Purchase Order placement with vendor partners
• Prepare UCC filings
• Obtain and maintain active insurance certificates
• Initiate check requests where applicable and engage with Accounts Payable ensuring payment disbursement
• Have a basic understanding of Insight’s system applications
• Assist the Lease Specialist with schedule documentation
• Assist the Lease Specialist with vendor onboarding including ACH detail
• Work on special projects as directed
• Miscellaneous duties to include: filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails, reconciliations

Qualifications / Education

• Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel
• Knowledge of Lease Wave, Share Point, and SSRS Reports is a plus
• Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent
