Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in higher education instructional design or faculty development
• Ability to use evidence-based strategies to improve teaching, engagement, and persistence

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate workshops and institutes on teaching and student success
• Provide confidential, individualized consultation to faculty on instructional strategies
• Support course organization, assessment, and student engagement using Canvas and other tools
• Conduct classroom observations and provide formative feedback to improve teaching
• Develop guides and resources for faculty professional development
• Collaborate with campus partners to identify teaching needs and coordinate programming
