Overview

Publicis Media is looking for a talented Learning & Development Associate to support Publicis Media's early career training program (PMTP). This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to ignite their development and career in the L&D space.

Under supervision of the Director L&D, they will help with the full cycle of running this program, from the planning and enrollment process through the program conclusion. This role provides the opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes of running an effective training program within a large organization. This person will also have the opportunity to grow their knowledge in the media planning and buying space.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the Learning & Development team in executing the early career training programs
  • Coordinating and administering the logistics associated with running the program, which include but are not limited to: coordination with various contacts across multiple agencies within Publicis Media, scheduling rooms and presenters, record keeping (including attendance), assistance in preparation of materials for training sessions, and clear communication with program participants
  • Work within the Learning Management System platform to set up program enrollments, manage rosters, upload program materials, etc
  • Partner in the development and maintenance of various programs materials, which includes communication templates, educational materials, forms, and reports.
  • Design surveys to collect feedback from program participants
  • Export and analyze various program reports, presenting key findings to L&D team
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams on ad hoc programs and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant work and/or coursework experience
  • Proven strong interest in a career in Learning & Development or related field. Interest in media / advertising is a plus.
  • Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn the advertising/marketing industry
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (strong Excel skills are a plus)
  • Problem solving and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at multiple levels in a fast-paced, demanding and team-based work environment.

Compensation Range: $47,000 - $52,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
