You will assist or lead by implementing age-appropriate curricula, maintaining a clean and compliant classroom, documenting progress for families, and guiding assistants in daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of child development phases and early childhood education practices.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively as part of an instructional team.
• Physical capacity to sit on the floor, lift child-sized equipment, and remain active throughout the day.
• Background check and fingerprinting process completed.
• Meets NH licensing requirements for Associate Teacher in Center Based Care.

Responsibilities

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process.
• Meets at least NH Child Care Licensing requirements for Associate Teacher in Center Based Care.

Nice To Have

• Active CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Previous experience working with children in a structured setting like a school, daycare, or camp.
• Coursework or an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
• Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
