Depending on experience, the position offers opportunities as an Associate Dentist or Lead Dentist—mentoring staff, guiding clinical standards, and optimizing studio performance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school required.
• Active dental license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• DEA registration required.
• Invisalign certification preferred for advanced cases.
• Minimum 2 years experience for associates; 6+ years for leads.

Responsibilities

The role involves diagnosing and treating a full range of procedures, including restorative, operative, cosmetic, and complex cases such as implants and endodontics. Dentists will develop member-centered treatment plans, diagnose conditions like malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing, and lead patient education to promote optimal oral health outcomes.

Depending on experience, the position offers opportunities to focus on clinical excellence as an Associate Dentist or take on leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist—mentoring team members, guiding clinical standards, and managing studio performance.

Key duties include managing a dynamic patient schedule, collaborating with team members, ensuring efficient workflows, and delivering a hospitality-driven patient experience grounded in personalized care, communication, and compassion. Lead Dentists will also mentor, lead clinical onboarding, optimize studio operations, and handle complex cases and escalations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications include a DDS or DMD from an accredited school, active dental license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration, Invisalign certification, and relevant experience (minimum 2 years for associates, 6+ years for leads). Strong technological proficiency, manual dexterity, and excellent communication skills are essential.
