Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to lead design from concept through construction across urban design, mixed-use developments and civic spaces.

You will drive business development, win projects, mentor junior designers, and coordinate with architects, engineers, planners and environmental consultants to deliver sustainable, community-focused environments with measurable social and economic value.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional experience with leadership and BD.
• PLA license preferred.
• Proven success in winning work and managing complex projects.

• Foster relationships with developers, city officials, and institutional clients.

What we're looking for:

8+ years of professional experience with a strong record in project leadership and business development

Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA) preferred

Proven success in winning work and building lasting client relationships

Skilled in managing complex projects from concept through construction
