You will work with Laboratory Operations, Medical, Quality, IT, and Facilities to advance processes and technologies while upholding the highest medical standards.

The role requires on-site presence and leadership to maintain training, proficiency testing, and incident resolution within a robust Quality Management System.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with a current medical license and board certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology or equivalent.
• MD/DO or DPM with license and laboratory training/experience as specified.
• Doctoral degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory sciences with board certification.
• Experience leading teams, projects, and/or committees with demonstrated leadership.

Aufgaben

• Support the clinical laboratory director to ensure effective functioning of all tests.
• Ensure test performance requirements meet regulatory and medical standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, product and software teams for performance requirements and validation design.
• Maintain quality control and assurance programs with incident investigation and CAPA actions.
• Contribute to cross-functional launches with SOPs, training, and marketing review.
