Qualifications

This is a combined posting for an Associate Laboratory Assistant and Laboratory Assistant. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The Associate Lab Assistant is responsible for completing and maintaining competency in specimen processing and packing, phlebotomy, and client services. Assists in the pre-analytical phase of select testing. Upholds laboratory compliance and accreditation through adherence to established departmental policies and procedures, safety standards, and infection control standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate Laboratory Assistant


Shifts Available:


Per diem/On-Call, Variable shifts


Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable shifts


Required qualifications:



  • Coursework/Training and Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program.

  • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification


Preferred qualifications:



  • Previous phlebotomy experience.


Associate Laboratory Assistant Salary Range, (Walla Walla, WA, United States) Min $17.36, Max $26.00


Laboratory Assistant
