Qualifications

• 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience (required).
• Active California bar license.
• Strong academic credentials and top-tier writing and analytical skills.
• Ambition, curiosity, and a genuine interest in shaping the future of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Defending sophisticated wage and hour class and collective actions.
• Handling PAGA representative actions.
• Advising and defending management-side clients across a broad range of labor and employment matters.
• Collaborating directly with partners and clients on strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
