Joseph’s Classic Market in New York is seeking a detail-focused Kitchen Prep Plater to ensure every dish is plated, packaged, and displayed to our exacting standards.

You will rotate stock, label prepared foods, and maintain quality while following sanitation and food safety protocols. Growth opportunities exist for motivated team members within our kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, scales, and wrapping machines.

Physical & Work Environment

A Kitchen Prep Plater performs tasks primarily in kitchen and prep areas, including refrigerated environments. This role involves walking and standing for prolonged periods and lifting products weighing up to 80 pounds. You will be exposed to varying temperatures and work environments. The position includes frequent interaction with fellow team members in a fast‑paced kitchen setting.
