Joseph’s Classic Market in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring a Kitchen Prep Plater on a full-time basis. You’ll plate, package and display prepared foods with precision, ensuring each dish reflects our high standards and exceptional presentation.

You’ll rotate stock, follow sanitation and safety protocols, and work with a friendly team in a fast-paced kitchen. The role offers competitive pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour plus benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food preparation or kitchen experience preferred.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards.
• Maintain freshness by rotating products and monitoring quality.
• Package, label, and stock prepared foods for retail cases.
• Follow sanitation and food safety protocols at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, scales, and wrapping machines.
• Assist with general kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
