Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an IT Support Associate in Greenwood Village, CO. You will communicate with consumers to resolve technical issues and support basic AV and device setup. The role requires familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows/Mac OS, and device imaging processes.

Responsibilities include basic repairs, coordinating with IT vendors, and maintaining up-to-date tickets. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with supervision.
• Experience with IT support in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows/Mac operating systems.

Job Description:

• Communicates with consumers to provide solutions to technical problems.

• References centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.
• Performs basic level repairs for company devices.
• Works with designated information technology vendors for support.
• Meets the standard service level agreement (SLA) for incidents and requests.
• Leads projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframes.
• Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations.
• Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.
• Works with enterprise AIT technical and business support teams as required.
