Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Associate IT Support Services Analyst to provide on-site Level 1–2 IT support for our offices in Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland, and Connecticut. This role focuses on user applications, systems and network devices, with opportunities to improve helpdesk processes and create knowledge base content.
The position is based in Columbus, OH, requiring 8am–5pm EST hours, up to 10% travel, and a competitive hourly wage. Relocation is not offered for this role.

As an Associate IT Support Services Analyst, you will be responsible for the on-site IT support of Simpson Strong-Tie’s Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland, and Connecticut offices. You will be providing Level 1 & 2 support of IT issues with user applications, systems and network devices is the primary focus of this role.

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Columbus, OH. Schedule will be 8am - 5pm (EST).

$25.29 - $40.48 / hour
