Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking an Associate Engineer to provide hardware, software, and network support, including troubleshooting, staging and configuration, and ticket resolution for internal and external customers.

This role involves on-site work at customer locations to meet business needs and ensure quality service. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT Desktop Service, experience with ServiceNow and Windows 11 support, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven experience in IT Desktop Service.
Experience with ServiceNow and Windows 11 support.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of technical work activities at the customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages following company processes.
Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with procedures.
Escalate issues per company processes to meet customer demands and take appropriate action.
Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure a consistent experience.
