Job summary

Providence is seeking an Associate IS Support Technician to provide on-site IT support for caregivers, partners, and customers at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA. You will resolve issues, fulfill service requests, and ensure a positive, patient-focused IT experience within a large healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 2 years in healthcare IS support, and relevant certifications or equivalent education.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED in General Studies.
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
• Upon hire: Current certification A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA.
• 2 years experience in remote or IS field technical support.
• 2 years Healthcare IS experience.

Associate IS Support Technician - On Site

Serves as the key point of support to resolve caregivers' issues, fulfill requests for information technology services. Service Delivery team members must deliver timely and accurate Information Technology support and services to all Providence caregivers, partners, and customers while maintaining a focus on positive customer service experience.

Required Qualifications:
