We are seeking an ambitious individual to join as an Entry-Level Salesforce Developer. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills eager to enter Salesforce development without prior experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to analyze and gather requirements for Salesforce customization.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications aligning with business needs.
• Write clean, scalable code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Implement unit tests to ensure quality.
• Assist with data migration and integration tasks using Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
• Follow development best practices, including documentation.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform features and explore their application.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

What We Expect of You

Required qualifications, skills & abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#.
• Understanding of software development principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce development.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are desirable but not mandatory.
