A specialist investment firm focused on financial technology, with expertise in software, information, and investment services across five core sub-sectors. They are seeking an Associate to support their Investor Relations team in managing capital raising and ongoing investor relations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Articulate technical and detailed concepts into marketing materials (PowerPoint, Excel, and written).
2. Create and oversee all materials, outputs, and analysis required for the Investor Relations team.
3. Work cross-functionally with investment and operational teams to implement and develop internal infrastructure and processes.
4. Work with senior team members to manage investor tracking and organize roadshows.
5. Participate in investor meetings and track follow-up deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in Investment banking, Investor Relations, or from a Placement Agent.

Compensation:

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
