Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual earnings preparation, including presentations, script, Q&A materials, press releases, and related disclosures.
• Analyze financial performance, operating metrics, analyst estimates, and peer trends to inform investor messaging.
• Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, conferences, and executive briefings; track and synthesize investor feedback.
• Maintain investor-facing materials, IR systems, and CRM databases.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and Regulation FD-compliant disclosures.

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Associate, Investor Relations to support the execution of T1's investor relations strategy and serve as a key operational partner during earning cycles, investor engagement, and market communications. You will work closely with the EVP, Investor Relations and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant communication with the investment community. This is a strong early-career opportunity for someone who wants exposure to public company reporting, capital markets, and executive-level communication.
