Job summary

Cresset is a private investment firm offering tailored wealth management and investment advisory services. The Investment Associate will support the CIO in macro-economic analysis and the Private Credit team in review, diligence and underwriting of new investment ideas.

The role emphasizes developing tools to monitor credit markets, communicating with advisors, screening investments, and supporting underwriting and global economic research.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Math major preferred.
  • Two years of work experience in an analytical field.
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.5.
  • Demonstrated academic success and relevant thesis work.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in large scale data analysis.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and databases (Excel, Access).
  • Experience with coding preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas in written and verbal form.

Job Description

The Investment Associate is a key member of the team supporting the CIO in macro-economic analysis and the Private Credit team in the review, diligence and underwriting of new investment ideas.
