Thrivent Financial in Minneapolis is offering a 12-week summer internship designed to give college students meaningful work experience within a Fortune 500 financial services organization. You will support investment performance calculations, benchmark analyses, and reporting to Board and senior teams, while gaining exposure to multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• Current Junior (Dec. 2027 or May 2028 graduation date) pursuing a degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or related area.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Interests in investment concepts and/or interest in pursuing CFA/CIPM designations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investment performance calculation, benchmark & peer group analysis for Board, Management, and Portfolio Management.
• Help redesign management reporting and information delivery for Board and Committees.
• Partner with front office to analyze and streamline portfolio risk and analytics reporting.
• Assist in Private Equity accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting functions.
