Advocates Legal Recruiting is helping place a Mid-Level Associate in investment funds with a Philadelphia, United States base. The AmLaw 100 client seeks a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of focus on fund formation and investments, including private equity, real estate, VC, and hedge funds.

You’ll advise sponsors and institutional investors on domestic and international fund structures, including secondaries, SMAs, and carried interest vehicles, with a strong emphasis on running point.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier institution.
• 3–5 years of experience with fund formation and investments.
• Strong background in structuring private funds and investor-side work.
• Exposure to secondaries, SMAs, and carried interest vehicles a plus.
• Previous AmLaw 100 firm experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
