BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia, PA seeks a midlevel associate (3–5 years in a large law firm) for our investment management practice. The ideal candidate will focus on forming private investment funds and drafting documentation for management entities.

Candidates should be adept at structuring hedge, VC and PE funds, handling GP structures and carry/bonus plans, and assisting institutional investors in private fund investments and co-investments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a large law firm.
• Familiarity with private fund structures and relevant laws and regulations.
• Active member of the bar in the state of the office location.
