Job summary

W3Global in San Diego, CA, seeks a wealth-management professional to analyze investments and support client portfolios, planning, and meetings. You will research funds, build financial plans, and assist with trades while coordinating with senior advisors.

The role requires a Series 65 or Series 7+66, 1–5 years in investment-related fields, and a Finance/Economics/Accounting degree; strong Excel and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Active Series 65 license, OR Series 7 + Series 66
  • 1–5 years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Advanced Excel skills

  • Maintain accurate client information and documentation in the CRM

  • Support day-to-day advisory operations

  • Follow applicable investment advisory and regulatory requirements


What We're Looking For

Required


  • Active Series 65 license, OR Series 7 + Series 66

  • 1-5 years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings and presentations


Preferred


  • Experience with eMoney, RightCapital, or similar financial planning platforms

  • Experience with Wealthbox, Salesforce, or another wealth-management CRM

  • Experience with portfolio management, investment research, or financial planning
